Inspiration of the idea was through the significant takeup, adoption and acceptance of users of instant message platforms and consistent and increasing daily use of the platform
What it does
The centralised platform leveraging natural language and contextual processing allow FAQs and also conversational paths to be used. The chatbot allows information, questions, answers and conversational flows to communicate with users. Through a centralised platform, integration can be undertaken through Facebook Messenger, Telegram, Line and Conversational website. A consistent message is delivered through each of the platforms. In addition a hybrid approach can be used with simple switching between live chat and human chat.
How I built it
This was built using existing technology, however the nodes and paths was examined through human interaction and information of what users find useful.

The challenges consisted of various methods and differing methods of integration.
Accomplishments that I'm proud of
The accomplishment I am most proud of is completing the project in time but also to understanding the types of communication with users.

What I learned most is trying to get conversational nodes and flows to deliver a meaningful but responsive approach to instant message
What's next for Recov Chatbot
The development will continue with integration to other instant message platforms of Wechat, Skype, Twitter, Whatsapp
