This makes life easier for both landlord and tenant as the landlord can store property data and communication in one place and the tenant can easily document issues and timescales to have the problem sorted fast.
What it does
It allows both parties to easily update each other throughout the tenancy. Whether the boiler has broken down or the tap has broken, this channel will allow the tenant to photograph and provide a description of the issue. The landlord can then send the correct tradesman to fix the issue.
