Our inspiration comes from the experience we have in immersive multi-sensory technology to achieve healthier mental states such as relaxation, clear focus and good sleep. Biometric real-time feedback, immersive color therapy and VR transformational content are tools that we all can use in our homes (on their smartphones, tablets, laptops or event project in their home walls) to train our minds to be more calm and better prepared for this stressful confinement times.

What it does

The platform is a repository of all this content that generates individual content for our users according to their biometric mental health indicators. We can track the indicators of our users with their phones and a small biometric device attached to it and and run a arousal\stress diagnosis accordingly. Then the specific content is retrieved to the user.

How I built it

We have the biometric devices and the content already we just need help on developing the web-based platform and some scenarios in Unity for VR. We would also need some help in ambisonic sound and binaural sounds for some specific content.

Challenges I ran into

The biggest challenge is to be able to have people to have our little biometric sensor in their houses or all the people to have a VR headset or a cardboard with them too.

Accomplishments that I'm proud of

We successfully gathered a community of therapists, content developers and small wellness companies to help us on developing the most differentiated content. We also have very strong biometric data processing algorithms and symptoms clustering routines with a big percentage of validity.

What I learned

I have learned that the more engaging the content more time people continue using it and in this type of therapies continuity is key to improvement and successes.

What's next for TRANS-LATE In-Volution

Next for TRANS-LAte In-Volution is to build a strong community of content creators for wellness and wellbeing and transformational practices.
