Problem Statement:                                 People face a lot of issues in the field of health care, due to lack of immediate health consultancy during emergency situations and on non-working days. In rural areas there is a low availability of hospitals and clinics to provide healthcare facilities.This problem cannot be solved in 4G network as it is inefficient to provide uniform,consistent and uninterrupted connectivity.                 EXISTING TECHNOLOGIES : In 4G networks there are not many applications which                                                                    meets this problem and if there is any ,it is kept private and                                                                    requires payment.
Solution:                 A mobile application is developed for fast and easy access to medical consultancies and healthcare tips anywhere and anytime. The users can contact the medical assistant or doctor either through video conferencing or chatting.                 Non-smartphone users also can access this system at rural centre where the medical assistants and equipment are available.                 The system allocates the doctor and the main centre according to the location and the priorities of the user with the help of GPS.                  Patients visit the clinic for teleconsultation and diagnostics. Doctor monitoring from the main hospital checks the images and different vital parameters from different equipment such as BP, ECG, etc. These data from the equipments can be transferred to the rural centre’s pc and then to the cloud through 5G transmission and this cloud can be accessed by the main hospital display.                 After examining , doctor prescribes medication according to the patients needs.                 Adding a high-speed 5G network to existing architectures will help quickly and reliably in transporting huge data files of medical imagery like MRIs and PET scans.                  5G will finally bring telemedicine into the healthcare Internet of Things forefront because it will enable real-time high-quality mobile-based video . Medical assistants make sure that patients will be treated sooner and have access to specialists outside of their areas, and doctors will be able to collaborate more efficiently. A study by Market Research Future reported that the telemedicine market is expected to grow at a compound annual growth rate of 16.5% from 2017 to 2023,for this 5G in both urban and rural areas will be needed.
