Inspiration
In Philippines, during lockdowns, local handwritten and signed passes are given out by local government agencies so people can do deliveries, services etc. THer eis no way to check authenticity, and it takes a long time to get irrued with a pass. Very inefficient.
What it does
Authorised agents and their staff can issue passes within the app, and users see them appear in their Pass List. The passes have a QR code that can be scanned by any user to identify them.
